License
bext is distributed under a tiered license (Community, Pro, Enterprise). The Community edition is free for production use. Pro and Enterprise editions require a valid license; their features are unlocked by an offline license key.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use bext to host unlawful content, conduct attacks, or circumvent license protections. bext is provided “as is”, without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
Service availability
For bext Cloud, any service-level agreements (SLAs) are defined in your contract. Self-hosted software runs under your sole operational responsibility.
